Description:
At this time, the Board of Trustees will hear from members of the public who wish
to speak. Speakers will have three minutes to address the Board. For clarification purposes, the open public forum is not a dispute resolution forum. Speakers may address the Board on any issue; however, due to posting requirements of the Open Meetings Act, the Board is prohibited from responding to a presentation that is not directly related to a posted agenda item. |
7. AUDIENCE ACCESS
Description:
Audience members please be advised that the entire Board informational packet is posted on the Flour Bluff ISD website under the link “Board of Trustees.” It can be accessed with any device with web access capabilities. The packet is developed by the Superintendent and staff to provide information on the agenda items for the Board. If you would like to access this information but do not have a device with you, the District has IPAD’s available for check out at the back of the room.

Description:
Reports listed on the agenda and considered routine in nature will not be discussed unless requested by a Board member. The Board has had the information with sufficient time prior to the Board meeting to ask the superintendent and staff questions.

10. CONSENT AGENDA
Description:
All items under consent agenda are considered to be routine by the Board of Trustees and will be enacted with one motion. All final votes, actions, or decisions will be taken in open session.
