4. SUPERINTENDENT REPORT
1. The percent of 3rd grade students that score meets grade level or above on STAAR Reading will increase from 49% to 65% by June 2027. a. GPM 1.1: The percent of 1st grade students that score on grade level or above in mCLASS Amplify will increase from 37% to 62% by EOY 2023. b. GPM 1.2: The percent of 2nd grade students that score on grade level or above in mCLASS Amplify will increase from 44% to 54% by EOY 2023. c. GPM 1.3: The percent of 3rd grade students that score on grade level or above in mCLASS Amplify will increase from 47% to 57% by EOY 2023. 2. The percent of 3rd grade students that score meets grade level or above on STAAR Math will increase from 31% to 54% by June 2027. a. GPM 2.1: 1st grade students who score on grade level or above on MAP will increase from 26% to 36% by EOY 2023. b. GPM 2.2: 2nd grade students who score on grade level or above on MAP will increase from 31% to 41% by EOY 2023. c. GPM 2.3: The percent of 3rd grade students who score on grade level or above on MAP will increase from 31% to 41% by EOY 2023. 3. The percentage of 7th grade students that score at Approaches grade level or above on STAAR Math will increase from 37% to 60% by June 2027. a. GPM 3.1: 5th grade students that score on grade level or above on MAP will increase from 39% to 49% by EOY 2023. b. GPM 3.2: 6th grade students that score on grade level or above on MAP will increase from 41% to 51% by EOY 2023. c. GPM 3.3: 7th grade students that score on grade level or above on MAP will increase from 40% to 50% by EOY 2023. Constraint 5: Students with Disabilities Family Experience: The Superintendent shall ensure that all students in special programs (including Special Ed, 504, Dyslexia, Gifted and Talented, and Emerging Bilingual) have access to appropriate learning supports. Constraint Progress Measure 5.a: The Superintendent shall examine the enrollment data for special programs and report on it annually to ensure equitable access and appropriate campus supports exist for all students.
