3. The Board of Trustees of the Sealy Independent School District will hold a public hearing to consider creation of the EmberYork Energy Center LLC Reinvestment Zone pursuant to Texas Tax Code Section 312.0025 related to an application for a limitation on the taxable value of property for maintenance and operations ad valorem tax purposes filed by Brightforge Energy LLC (Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Application J0019 under the Texas Jobs, Energy, Technology, and Innovation Act). Description:
The proposed Reinvestment Zone location is a 94-acre site in Austin County,
approximately three miles south of I-10 near Sealy and west of the Houston Metropolitan Area and more specifically known as:
