Description:
The only change from 2015-16 is changing the mileage to the federal rate instead of $.55 per mile.

Description:
There were no other milk bids.

6.11. Accept bid from Northern Star Coop for #2 fuel oil for heating purposes during the 2016-17 school year at $1.899 per gallon.
Description:
Northern Star is the only bid we received for fuel oil this year. Northern Star was the bid accepted by the Board for the 2015-16 year. Their bid last year was $2.24 per gallon.

6.12. Accept bid from Northern Star Coop for #1 and #2 diesel for the buses during the 2016-17 school year at $2.649 for #1 diesel and $2.349 for #2 diesel.
Description:
Northern Star was the only company to send a bid for #1 and #2 diesel. They were the only company to bid it last year as well, and their bid for 2015-16 was $2.39 plus state and hwy taxes.

Description:
Ferrellgas was the low bid. Northern Star Coop bid propane at $.99 per gallon

Description:
This resolution converts $300 of what's left of the expiring operating referendum to Board Approved.

Description:

Description:
The plan will be available before the meeting. This is something that needs to be approved annually in July, but the whole plan doesn't change each year. It is just revised.
