8.A.7) Approval of the Student Discipline Committee's Recommendation - (Case #178)
Description:
Approval of the Student Discipline Committee's recommendation that the student identified in Case #178 be permanently expelled from in-person instruction at the Howell Public Schools for violating Board Policy #5530 - Drug Prevention and aiding or abetting violation of school rules. The Board will consider a Petition for Reinstatement as early as November 1, 2024, to consider a return to in-person instruction for the second semester of the 2024/25 school year.
