Description:
Approval of the Student Disciplinary Committee's recommendation to permanently expel the student identified in Student Case #161 from Howell Public Schools for violating Board Policy #5530 regarding drug possession and distribution and that the student is considered for enrollment in the W-A-Y Program (admission would be dependent upon W-A-Y Program criterion) for the remainder of their high school career.
