Description:  The Superintendent recommends approval of the Resolution to appoint Susan Pominville to the Howell Carnegie District Library Board of Trustees for a four-year term commencing July 1, 2020, as shown in Exhibit A.

Description:  The Superintendent recommends approval of NWEA assessment renewal for the 2020/21 school year for grades K-10, at a cost of $11.50 per student for a total cost of $66,665.50 as shown in Exhibit I.

Description:  The Superintendent recommends approval of the purchase of 125 supplemental / replacement iPads for elementary classrooms from Apple Inc. at a cost of $49,531.25, using Technology Bond funds as shown in Exhibit K.

Description:  The Superintendent recommends approval of the purchase of 36 Chromebooks for each elementary building for Makerspace / project labs based on the State of Michigan's REMC Save's Bid pricing in the amount of $53,562, using funds from the Technology Bond as shown in Exhibit L.

Description:  The Superintendent recommends approval of the purchase of staff laptops capable of supporting all delivery models for instruction from home using State of Michigan REMC Save's Bid pricing at a cost of $272,190, using funds from the Technology Bond as shown in Exhibit M.

Description:  The Superintendent recommends approval of the purchase of a district phone system with RingCentral at the annual contract cost of $79,678.56 and the one-time purchase of 761 Polycom VX250 telephones from RingCentral in the amount of $64,685, using funds from the 2001 Hutchings Construction Bond as shown in Exhibit N.
