Description:  The superintendent recommends approval of expenditures from the following funds:
1.  payment from the general fund of $3,251,393.00 and from payroll of $1,921,588.13;
2.  payment from the 2018 tech capital projects funds (PNC 18) of $34,562.44; 
3.  payment from the 2018 energy fund (PNC 19) of $314,062.20.

8.C. Approval of Student Discipline Committee's Recommendation (Student Case #155)
Description:  Approval of the Student Discipline Committee's recommendation to permanently expel the student identified in Student Case #155 from Howell Public Schools and consider a petition for reinstatement as early as July 1, 2019, for possible return for the 2019/2020 school year for violating Board Policy #5512 regarding vapor products and the District's Code of Conduct regarding persistent disobedience.
8.D. Approval of Student Discipline Committee's Recommendation (Student Case #156)
Description:  Approval of the Student Discipline Committee's recommendation to permanently expel the student identified in Student Case #156 from Howell Public Schools and consider a petition for reinstatement as early as July 1, 2019, for possible return for the 2019/2020 school year for violating Board Policy #5530 regarding possession and attempted distribution of drugs in a drug free zone.

Description:  The superintendent recommends approval of the Resolution for Designation of a School Safety Liaison and Emergency Contact to the Attorney General's Hotline and the letter to the Michigan State Police Headquarters designating Office Don Banfield as the District's Liaison to the Office of School Safety and the School Safety Commission, and Erin J. MacGregor as the District emergency contact to the Attorney General's hotline as shown in Exhibit G.
