Description:  Approval of the Student Discipline Committee's recommendation to permanently expel the student identified in Student Case #159 from Howell Public Schools for violating Board Policy #5500 - Student Conduct, regarding verbal assault, prohibited use of a wireless communication device, and dangerous/disruptive behavior.
