9.A.1) Approval of the Hire of Middle School Student Services Advisor - EXHIBIT B
Description:  The superintendent recommends approval of the recommendation to hire Brooklyn Gehringer for the position of Student Services Advisor for the middle schools as shown in Exhibit B.

9.A.2) Approval of the 2019-2020 Lease Agreement Between LESA and Howell Public Schools for the LESA Preschool Program - EXHIBIT C
Description:  The superintendent recommends approval of the Lease Agreement between Howell Public Schools and LESA for the lease of eight classrooms to LESA at the Little Highlander Learning Center to operate their preschool program as shown in Exhibit C.

9.B.1) Approval of Award of Bids for Athletic Training Services - EXHIBIT D
Description:  The superintendent recommends approval of award of bids for athletic training services at the low bid of $34,250 annually for each year of a two-year contract as shown in Exhibit D.

9.B.2) Approval of Award of Bids for Exterior LED Lighting Upgrades at Hutchings Elementary - EXHIBIT E
Description:  The superintendent recommends approval of award of bids for exterior LED lighting at Hutchings Elementary to Standard Electric, at the low bid price of $24,700, using funds from the 2001 Hutchings Construction Bond as shown in Exhibit E.

9.B.3) Approval of Award of Bids for New Concrete at Hutchings Elementary - EXHIBIT F
Description:  The superintendent recommends approval of award of bids for concrete upgrades to the front walkway at Hutchings Elementary to Elliott's Masonry of Fowlerville at the low bid price of $10,450, using funds from the 2001 Hutchings Construction Bond as shown in Exhibit F.

9.B.4) Approval of the Purchase of Ford F-350 Pickup Truck with Snow Plow - EXHIBIT G
Description:  The superintendent recommends approval of the purchase of a new 2019 Ford F-350 Pickup Truck and additional snow plow package using State of Michigan contract pricing through MI Deal for a total cost of $34,911, using funds from the General Fund as shown in Exhibit G.

Description:  The superintendent recommends approval of the bid for topographical surveys of our facilities for the purpose of site planning, design, and creating construction documents for modifications and improvements to The Spicer Group at the low bid price of $82,500, using funds from the 2019 Capital and Safety Bond as shown in Exhibit H.
