Description:  The superintendent recommends approval of expenditures from the following funds:
1.  payment from the general fund of $3,038,052.17 and from payroll of $1,665,260.54;
2.  payment from the student activity fund of $65,383.99;
3.  payment from the HHS student activity fund of $161,976.92;
4.  payment from the 2001 construction fund (FOA01C) of $2,928.69;

9.C. Approval of Student Discipline Committee's Recommendation (Case #146)
Description:  Approval of the Student Discipline Committee's recommendation to permanently expel the student identified in Student Case #146 for violating Board Policy 5610.01 and the District's Code of Conduct regarding physical assault against another student.
9.D. Approval of Student Discipline Committee's Recommendation (Case #147)
Description:  Approval of the Student Discipline Committee's recommendation to out-of-school suspend for the remainder of the 2017-2018 school year (a total of 59 days) the student identified in Student Case #147 from Howell Public Schools for violating Board Policy 5517 regarding harassment.
9.E. Approval of Student Discipline Committee's Recommendation (Case #148)
Description:  Approval of the Student Discipline Committee's recommendation to permanently expel the student identified in Student Case #148 from Howell Public Schools for violating Board Policy 5517.01 regarding sexual harassment and the District's Code of Conduct regarding persistent disobedience.
9.F. Approval of Student Discipline Committee's Recommendation (Case #149)
Description:  Approval of the Student Discipline Committee's recommendation to permanently expel the student identified in Student Case #149 from Howell Public Schools for violating Board Policy 5517.02 regarding sexual violence and Board Policy 5136 regarding sexting.
9.G. Overnight Field Trip Request to Georgia for Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) National Conference/Competition - EXHIBIT A
Description:  Approval of an overnight, out-of-state field trip to Atlanta, GA for the Howell High School student who qualified for the FCCLA National Conference/Competition, June 28 through July 2, 2018, as shown in Exhibit A.

Description:  The superintendent recommends that Howell Public Schools continues to participate as an unlimited K-12 schools of choice district under the guidelines of Sections 105 and 105c as shown in Exhibit B.
