Retirements: Southeast Elementary Special Education Teacher Kathy Bergman, effective June 30, 2017, with 39 years of service; HHSFC Food Service Assistant Karen Gorski, effective June 30, 2017, with 17 years of experience; Voyager Elementary Teacher Kathleen Malewitz, effective June 30, 3017, with 29 years of service; HHS Health Occupations Technician Mentor Darlene Smith, effective June 30, 2017, with 27 years of service.

1.  payment from the general fund of $3,779,016.31 and from payroll of $2,469,715.83;

4.  payment from the 2001 construction fund (FOA01C) of $39,380.44;
5.  payment from the 2016 tech capital projects funds (PNC16) of $337,617.40.

9.A.1) Approval of Award of Bids for an Air Handler at Howell High School - EXHIBIT D
Description:  The superintendent recommends approval of award of bids for an air handler condenser and evaporation coil at Howell High School to Temperature Services, Inc., at the low bid price of $44,248, using board approved funds from Series 2 of the Latson funds as shown in Exhibit D.

9.A.2) Approval of Award of Bids for Playground Improvements at Three Fires Elementary - EXHIBIT E
Description:  The superintendent recommends approval of award of bids for playground improvements at Three Fires Elementary to Great Lakes Recreation at the low base bid of $132,972, as well as $3,300 for Alternates 1 & 2 as shown in Exhibit E.

9.A.3) Approval of Award of Bids for Commercial Moving Services - EXHIBIT F
Description:  The superintendent recommends approval of award of bids for the Southeast/Three Fires consolidation to Taylor Commercial Moving Services at the low bid rate of $117 per hour, anticipated total cost of approximately $25,000, using building transition set aside funds as shown in Exhibit F.
