3. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Description:  An executive session has been called for the purpose of considering a letter from the board's attorney for the reason that the letter is exempt from disclosure under state law due to attorney-client privilege pursuant to Section 8(h) of the Open Meetings Act. 
4. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Description:  An executive session has been called for the purpose of conducting a student expulsion hearing to be held in private pursuant to Section 8(b) of the Open Meetings Act, it being understood that the closed session hearing has been requested by the family of the student who is recommended for expulsion.  Board action resulting from said hearing will be in public session under Action Items.
