Description:
The superintendent recommends approval of: New Hire - Certified*: Freshman Campus .6 English Teacher Jane Brennan, effective March 15, 2011. New Hires - Non Certified*: Voyager General Education Aide Stephanie Frank, effective March 15, 2011; Hutchings Food Service Assistant Nichole Martin, effective March 14, 2011. Employee to be hired as a conditional employee pursuant to the terms of Public Act 68 of 1993 and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Employment is contingent upon a clean criminal record check and upon the Board of Education being able to accommodate any disability.

The superintendent recommends approval of payment of expenditures from the following funds:
1. payment from the general fund of $2,639,616.62 and from payroll of $1,819,706.97; 2. payment from the student activity fund of $31,775.19; 3. payment from the HHS student activity fund of $46,859.20; 4. Payment from the cafeteria fund of $23,179.92; 5. Payment from 2003 construction fund of $101,503.17; 6. Payment from 2001 construction fund of $3,288.24; 7. ACH Transactions PESG (contract wages) of $83,707.73; 8. ACH Transactions Cafeteria (Gordon Foods Electronic Payment) of $44,963.29.
