ORDER AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF UP TO $65,000,000 PORT NECHES-GROVES INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT UNLIMITED TAX SCHOOL BUILDING BONDS, SERIES 2020; LEVING A TAX TO PAY SUCH BONDS; SETTING CERTAIN PARAMETERS FOR THE BONDS; AUTHORIZING EACH OF THE SUPERINTENDENT, BUSINESS MANAGER AND PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES TO APPROVE THE AMOUNT, THE INTEREST RATE, PRICE, INCLUDING THE TERMS THEREOF AND CERTAIN OTHER PROCEDURES AND PROVISIONS RELATED THERETO; AND CONTAINING OTHER MATTERS RELATED THERETO
