The Texas Education Code 11.061 requires that officers of the board be selected at the first meeting after the election and qualifications of Trustees (execution and filing of Statement and Oath of Office). 9.A. Consider Approval of the donation of a nonrunning 1936 John Deere Model A tractor and accompanying parts from Kelly Blackerby for use as a student rebuilding project. The donor estimates the combined value at approximately $500.
