4.A. Financing of the ten-year maintenance plan. (BOE Goal: Changing Financial Needs).
The board will discuss options for maintaining safe and secure facilities. Representatives Robert Wroble and Paul Pessetti, from Legat Architects, will provide a brief overview of the work outlined in the ten-year facility plan. Tammie Beckwith Schallmo, from PMA Securities, will provide the board with an overview of current debt structure and possible financial solutions for future maintenance.
