Pursuant to Governor Abbott’s Temporary Suspension of Open Meetings Laws issued on March 16, 2020, this meeting will be conducted via videoconference, which will be audible to the Board and public and allow for two-way communication.  The Board President, presiding officer or trustees will not by physically present at one location, but a quorum will be required for the meeting on the videoconference or phone.  The public may access this meeting by clicking on the following link:  https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCR4tzAu-5XzSNBW8BccS-VA.  An electronic copy of the agenda packet may be viewed at the following link: https://www.nisdtx.org/about/board_of_trustees/agendas. Any public comments must be submitted by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, June 8, 2020, by filling out the form at this link:  https://forms.gle/FKinqd8b7uMvd7Ef9 prior to the beginning of the meeting.  The public comment form will be available for completion until 4:30 p.m. on June 8, 2020. The public comments submitted will be read aloud for the Board to hear, and the content of a written comment cannot exceed three minutes when read aloud. To the extent practicable, all other public comment rules shall apply.

An Emergency Meeting is called due to an error in the election day calling polling location.
