I. CALL TO ORDER
Description:  Meeting will be opened at the Northwest ISD Executive Board Room, 2001 Texan Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 76177.
II. TOUR NANCE ELEMENTARY AND HUGHES ELEMENTARY
Description:  Meet at NISD Administration Building, 2001 Texan Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 76177. Tour Nance Elementary, 701 Tierra Vista Way, Fort Worth, Texas 76131. Tour Hughes Elementary, 13824 Lost Spurs Road, Roanoke, Texas 76262. Return to NISD Administration Building.
III. CLOSED SESSION
Description:  Closed Session will be held at the Northwest ISD Executive Board Room, 2001 Texan Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 76177.
III.A. Section 551.071: Private consultation with attorney regarding contemplated litigation; or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551. Status of lawsuit filed by Carroll ISD against Northwest ISD.
III.B. Section 551.072: Discuss purchase, exchange, lease sale, or value of real property.
III.C. Section 551.073: Deliberation regarding prospective gift.
III.D. Section 551.074: Personnel: resignations, employment evaluation, appointment, assignments, terminations, non-renewal, additions and extension and/or renewal of contracts of individual teachers, individual administrators, superintendent, and individual support staff. Superintendent Evaluation.
III.E. Section 551.082: School children; school district employees; disciplinary matter or complaint.
III.F. Section 551.0821: To deliberate a matter regarding a public school student involving personally identifiable information about the student.
IV. RECONVENUE OPEN SESSION - After Closed Session
Description:  Meeting will be reconvened in the Northwest ISD Board Room, 2001 Texan Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 76177.
