F.4. Adjust Adult Meal Prices
Description:
When computing the TDA Adult Meal Price computation, current prices are too low when taking into account the additional funds received for severe need and commodity rates. The cost of adult meals must be equal to or greater than National School Lunch Program reimbursable rates.
Administration is recommending increasing the Adult Meal prices to $4.75 for lunches and $3.15 for breakfasts. |

Description:
The district requested quotes for the purchase of 4 trucks for the WSISD Police Department. Lake Country Chevrolet has competitive pricing and can deliver the vehicles in a reasonable timeframe.
The total cost to purchase 4 Chevrolet Silverado trucks from Lake Country Chevrolet is $215,337.00.

Description:
The district requested quotes to replace the Baseball/Softball Scoreboard at Brewer High School. OES Scoreboards will provide the best value to the district with a total cost of $49,891.00.

G.5. Consider Interlocal Agreement Between City of White Settlement and White Settlement ISD for Motorola Flex CAD/RMS
Description:
Administrations recommends entering into this Agreement to combine Motorola Flex CAD/RMS services in order to provide their students, parents, and faculty with a more effective and efficient delivery of public safety technology services. This is a 5 year agreement commencing August 1, 2024 and ending July 31, 2029.
Total cost is $48,627.91. |
