Description:
The District approved contracts with Region 11 Education Service Center in June 2022, two contracts were not on original list and need approval - Eduphoria $26,700 and TEKSbank $9,527.
The cost is included in the 2022-2023 budget.

F.6. Consider Approval of Vendor for Fire Alarm System
Description:
The fire alarm system at the new administration building needs to be replaced to meet current regulations. The District is requesting bids. Currently Siemens is the lowest bid at a cost of $40,580.84. If final bid comes in cheaper, we will ratify the other vender at next board meeting.
This item will be paid for out of funds approved in prior budget amendment for construction costs..

F.7. Consider Approval of Electrical Package for the New Administration Building
Description:
The Board Room at the New Administration Building requires new electrical wiring due to increased electrical systems and changes in regulations. The District has requested quotes for the electrical package required. The vendor is to be ratified at a future board meeting at a cost, not to exceed, $29,000.
This cost is included in the current budget. |
