2. $25,000 Special Donation presented by the Town of Argyle Council Members from State Local Fiscal Recovery Funds

3. Executive Session as authorized by Government Code, Chapter 551, Subchapters D and E:

3.A. Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee; specifically regarding Administrators contracts.

11.H. Consider the approval of a not to exceed $4,455,000 to Corgan Architects for the design and administration of the new Middle School Project from 2022 Bond Funds

11.I. Consider approval of a not to exceed $ 450,000 for the purchase and installation of new playground equipment and safety surface at Hilltop ES from Child's Play, Inc. from 2022 Bond Funds

11.J. Consider approval of $8,500 for the topographic survey at 800 Eagle Drive from 2017 Bond Funds

11.K. Consider approving the utilization of previously approved funds for both new land purchases and existing property owned by the district.

11.L. Consider and approve the addition of six staff positions for Fall 2023 at a cost of $272,000

11.M. Consider approval of 6th-Grade Center FF&E purchases not to exceed $800,000 from 2017 bond funds.

11.N. Consider and approve the purchase of trophy cases for the HS Phase 2 project from bond funds.
