11.C. Consider the approval of design and administration fee for the safety and security updates for Hilltop, Intermediate, Middle School and Argyle West, not to exceed $16,500 from 2022 Bond Funds

11.D. Consider the approval of a not to exceed $125,000 for ancillary services related to the district’s property acquisition to be taken from 2022 bond funds

11.G. Consider approval and award of the construction contract to Cavalry Construction in the amount of $ 4,971,734 for the renovation of the Intermediate School campus. The budget impact is from 2017 Bond Funds.

11.H. Consider approval of the final completion and final change order of the Hilltop and Middle School Renovation.  The final change order returns the unspent project contingency funds ($37,055.65) to 2017 Bond overall budget.
