2. Executive Session as authorized by Government Code, Chapter 551, Subchapters D and E:

2.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, to consult with the District’s attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District, under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, including to discuss a voluntary settlement agreement on an employee matter.

2.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee, or to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, including to a voluntary settlement agreement on an employee matter.

2.B.1. Consider and take action regarding Voluntary Settlement Agreement with District employee.
