1. Call to Order - Determine if a Quorum is Present

2. Executive Session as authorized by Government Code, Chapter 551, Subchapters D and E:

2.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee.

2.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.0821, deliberation and possible action regarding a matter involving a public school student which may reveal personally identifiable information about the student.

2.C. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, to consult with the District's attorney, in person or by telephone, to seek the advice regarding pending or contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code. 
       2C.1  Conduct Level III hearing regarding the grievance filed by Ms. Mary Stanley on
                 April 20, 2021, pursuant to Board Policy FNG (LOCAL). 
      2C.2   Consultation with the Board’s attorney regarding agenda item 2.C-1.

3. Return to open meeting and take any action deemed necessary upon discussion in the closed meeting

4.A. Deliberation and possible action regarding the Level III grievance filed by Ms. Mary Stanley pursuant to Board Policy FNG (LOCAL).
