3.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.0821, discussion regarding 2024-2025 Student Code of Conduct.

3.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, consultation with District’s attorneys regarding legal parameters and considerations for changes for the 2024-2025 Student Code of Conduct.

3.C. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, attorney consultation regarding legal issues related to resignation of Board Member and possible methods to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of School Board Member.

3.D. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 to discuss the Employment and Resignations of Professional Personnel to include Teachers and other Professionals.

Any related action will be taken in open session.

Reconvene: Reconvene in Open Session to consider possible action related to employment and resignations of professional personnel to include teachers and other professionals, discuss and take possible action related to selection of method to fill vacancy created by the resignation of a School Board Member, and discuss updates to the Navarro ISD Student Code Of Conduct.
