AB-2026-07, Kevin Laurence, 1394 Lake Shore Blvd., 09-10-101-023 The petitioner is seeking 4 variances from Zoning Ordinance #78 – Zoned R-2 Article VI, Section 6.04 1. Up to a 5.08-ft. side yard setback variance, from the required 10-ft., for a pergola structure, to be at least 4.92-ft. from the property line to the west. 2. Up to a 5.67-ft. rear yard setback variance, from the required 10-ft., for a pergola structure, to be at least 4.33-ft. from the rear property line. 3.
