Baldwin Rd. (parcel #s 09-32-126-012 & 09-32-126-013).  The applicant, Zack Hanna, is proposing to rezone the properties from Restricted Business (RB) and Single Family Residential (R-1) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) for a proposed mixed-use development consisting of office, retail, and residential apartment uses on approximately 7.24 acres.
