9 ACTION ITEM #3: Recommendation to approve Resolution 23-02 to accept the MDNR Sparks Grant Funds in the amount of $473,700.000 for Alpena County Sunken Lake Park and approve the MDNR Spark Grant Agreement (10.20.23 to 10.31.26) for the Alpena County Sunken Lake Park Improvements as presented.

9 ACTION ITEM #4: Recommendation to appoint the Sunken Lake Park Committee to implement the MDNR Spark Grant for the SLP Improvement Project and put out an RFP/RFQ for a project designs/engineer with Parks Commissioner Marty Thomson to act as Project Manager. [There is $42,500 in the MDNR Spark Grant for design/engineer.] |
