5.A. The board may wish to go to executive session to discuss personnel matters under Section 2(g) as noted on the notice setting the agenda, time, date and place of this meeting of the board of trustees, and in compliance with Government Code 551.074

5.B. If during the course of the meeting, and discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in closed meeting, the board will conduct a closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Tex. Gov`t Code, Chapter 551 Subchapter D and E

5.C. Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.071, attorney consultation regarding legal issues related to establishing School Guardian Program. This consultation may take place telephonically.
