5.1. The School Board shall convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; specifically, to discuss the hiring of the Finance, Transportation & Communications Secretary, to receive an administrative update regarding a personnel matter involving a specific employee, and to approve the closed session meeting minutes from the September 30, 2026, Special Board of Education meeting.
