6.1. The School Board shall convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85 (1)(g) to confer with legal counsel for the School District who is rendering oral or written advice concerning legal strategy and options regarding proposed Policy 3160 - Physical Examination (Professional Staff) and Policy 4160 - Physical Examination (Support Staff). 

7. Reconvene in open session to take action on closed session items.

7.1. Approval of the first reading of Policy 3160 (Physical Examination - Professional Staff) and Policy 4160 (Physical Examination - Support Staff).
