4. The School Board may convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(a), (c), (f), and/or (g), as appropriate, to consider the possible dismissal of a staff member or, alternatively, to discuss and act on their resignation. The Board may deliberate privately during the closed session concerning one or both of these matters, and may consider oral or written advice from legal counsel in the course of the closed session. The Board may take action in closed session.
