13. The School Board will consider a motion to convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(g)(c), as appropriate, to review legal invoices involving privileged and confidential matters, review employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee, specifically to review administrative contracts. The Board will also meet with a certified employee who has requested to discuss compensation and related employment conditions in closed session.
