1. Call To Order.

2. Roll Call.

3. Pledge of Allegiance.

4. The Board will entertain a motion to convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(a), (c), (e), and/or (f), as well as 118.125 of the Wisconsin State Statutes, to conduct a private conference to consider nonrenewal of certified staff (layoff/reduction in FTE) and to consider any proposed voluntary resolution of any employment matter, including any proposed resignation from employment.  The Board may deliberate privately as part of the private conference process, in its discretion.  

 The Board may take any appropriate action on these matters in closed session and/or any action necessary to protect pupil confidentiality under state and federal law. 
  
Following the closed session, the Board will entertain a motion to reconvene to open session. The Board will then take any further action that may be appropriate and, thereafter, will entertain a motion to adjourn the meeting.
