3. The Board of Education will entertain a motion to convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(c),(e),(f), and/or (g), as appropriate, to review the Superintendent applicants. Specifically, to review and negotiate Administration contracts. At the conclusion of the closed session, the Board may entertain a motion to adjourn the meeting from closed session.
