16. The Board of Education will entertain a motion to convene in closed session under
Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(c),(e),(f), and/or (g), as appropriate, review report(s) concerning settlement agreement, related investigation, and litigation, if and as may be necessary; consider an employee resignation, if appropriate; discuss administrators’ performance and evaluations, if and as may be necessary; consider and approve Interim Superintendent contract; and consider and approve appointment of Interim Superintendent; and/or consider oral or written legal advice from counsel concerning imminent litigation. The Board may take action on one or more matters in closed session. At the conclusion of the closed session, the Board will entertain a motion to reconvene in open session. |
