4. The Board of Education will entertain a motion to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(c), (e), (f), and/or (g), as appropriate, to review and discuss legal/ethical issues related to recent, pending, and/or potential litigation, and discuss possible action with legal counsel; consider one or more contract renewal matters and related procedures, and take appropriate action; review and consider voluntary settlement of one or more employment matters; review information provided to the Board related to pending litigation, review requests for information and records made by the Board related to pending litigation, and review and consider responses received to those requests; and review and discuss claims/complaints or other processes necessary to secure District interests. The Board may take action in closed session on one or more matters presented. The Board may entertain a motion to adjourn the meeting from closed session.
