5. Pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(c),(e),(f), and/or (g), the School Board will convene in Closed Session to discuss a proposed settlement of pending litigation involving the District and Board.  The closed session discussion may include discussion of past and/or current employees of the District, the status and/or course of the parties' negotiations and the District's position in any negotiations, performance or disciplinary information concerning specific persons that might affect their reputation(s), and/or conferring with legal counsel regarding possible settlement/resolution of pending litigation.  The Board may take action on one or more of these matters in closed session.

The Board will adjourn from closed session.
