13. The School Board shall convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility for the purpose of Motion to Approve the Retirement of the School Nurse, Resignation of the High School Varsity Girls' Basketball Coach, and District Administrator Evaluation.
The Board will convene in Closed Session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of reviewing the written advice of legal counsel concerning strategy to be adopted by the Board with respect to pending litigation. |
