5. Closed Session: The School Board shall convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(g) to confer with the legal counsel for the District who will be rendering oral advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.

6. The School Board may reconvene into open session to take action as to those matters discussed in closed session, as appropriate.
|
|
7. Adjourn (should the School Board reconvene in open session).
