6. Public Hearing - Public Hearing requested by Craig Cahoon concerning the non-renewal of his Administrative Employment Agreement.

7. Closed Session: The School Board may convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. §§ 19.85(1)(c) and (g) as well as 118.24 to address the non-renewal of Craig Cahoon's Administrative Employment Agreement as well as to consult with legal counsel for the District who may be called upon to issue advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Board with respect to litigation in which the Board is or is likely to become involved.

8. The School Board may reconvene in open session to take action as to those matters discussed in closed session, as appropriate.

9. Adjourn (should the School Board reconvene in open session).
