12. Closed Session.
|
12.1. The School Board shall convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. §§ 19.85(1)(a) and (f) as well as 120.13(1)(c) for the purpose of conducting a student expulsion hearing.

12.2. The School Board shall convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. §§ 19.85(1)(c) and (f) and (f) as well as 118.24 for the purposes of considering the employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data as well as the financial, medical, social or personal history or disciplinary data of an administrator in the District over which the School Board has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility and which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of the administration.

12.3. The School Board shall convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel for the School Board who will be rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the School Board with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.

13. The School Board shall reconvene in Open Session to take any necessary action as to the administrator, as appropriate (Approximately 9:00 p.m.).
