6. Closed Session: The School Board shall convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. §§ 19.85(1)(b), (c) and (g) as well as 118.125 to address a matter involving the continued employment of a public employee over which the government body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility as well as to confer with the District's legal counsel who will be rendering advice concerning same.

7. The School Board may reconvene in open session to take action as to those matters discussed in closed session, as appropriate.

8. Adjourn (should the School Board reconvene in open session).
