3. Closed Session: The School Board shall convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(c) and (g) to address a matter involving a public employee and/or public official over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility as well as to confer with the District’s legal counsel who will be rendering advice concerning strategy as to litigation the District may is or is likely to become involved concerning same.

4. The School Board may reconvene in open session to take action as to those matters
discussed in closed session, as appropriate. |

5. Adjourn (should the School Board reconvene in open session).
