Moved by ____________, seconded by ______________, to accept the resignation of Jennifer Kerntz from the Early Childhood Family Education Teacher/Learning Readiness Coordinator position effectively immediately and to post and hire for the this position;  and to hire Jennifer for the 1.0 FTE Elementary Special Education teaching position for the 2015-2016 school year (BA+35, Step 5 $42,275 (12 years previous experience teaching special education) per the current master agreement between the Ely Education Association and school board policy. Motion carried/failed.

5. Interview candidates for interim superintendent position

5.a. Interview Schedule:  6:15 p.m. Kevin Abrahamson; 7:00 p.m. Gwen Carman

6. Discuss information from the interviews and decide process, name candidate who will continue for reference checks, and decide procedures for checking references

7. Discuss, decide, and schedule the steps necessary for the rest of the hiring process
