II. CLOSED SESSION
Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Boerne Independent School District, will be held on May 18, 2015, beginning at 4:30 p.m. at 123 W. Johns Road, Boerne, Texas. The Closed Session will begin immediately after the opening of the meeting and followed by the public Open Session at approximately 6:30 p.m. All final votes, actions, or decisions on the following items will be taken in open session meeting thereafter.

Under district policy BED Local, citizens may address the Board by contacting the superintendent’s office prior to the meeting or by signing up just before the meeting is called to order. Note: Sign Up Sheet for Speakers is placed at the entrance to the Board Room and speakers must sign in to be heard. Citizens may not address individual personnel concerns or other items that might infringe on the rights and privileges of others.
