A Board Member moves that the Board pursuant to Idaho code §74-204(4)(a) Amend the Agenda for this meeting as follows:

To add:  Idaho Code 74-206 (1)(d) to consider records that are exempt from disclosure as provided in chapter 1, title 74, Idaho Code; to hear complaints concerning a district employee and consider confidential student educational records related to an open enrollment appeal as a reason for holding an executive session.

This was an overside and time-sensitive.
