The Board will enter into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)(a) To consider hiring an employee or staff member, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need; (b) To consider evaluation, disciplining or dismissal of, or to hear complaints against an employee or staff member; and (c) To acquire an interest in real property which is not owned by a public agency.  The Executive Session will be closed to the public as permitted by law.
