Description:
It is recommended that the RIMSD Board of Education approve the renewal of a 3-year Website Content Management System (CMS) contract service from Edlio, Inc., 12910 Culver Blvd, Los Angeles, CA, in the amount of $8,712.00 per year totaling $26,136.00.

V.B.1.b. Financial Software Analytics Software Renewal...Action
Description:
It is recommended that the RIMSD Board of Education approve a one-year renewal of 5Cast and 5Cast+ software in the amount of $12,770.00 and a one-year renewal of 5Sight software in the amount of $9,270.00 with Forecast5, Naperville, IL. for a total cost of $22,040.00. This cost is included in the Business Office budget for the 2019-2020 school year.

Description:
It is recommended the Board of Education approve Contract for Service with Diana Anita Allen, not to exceed $7000 to provide professional coaching to new principals (total of 3) for the 2019-20 school year. Contract completed by June 30, 2020.
